About Help Center
A guide should lead to useful work.
What happens when I open a guided walkthrough?
The link opens the tutorial detail inside the product. You choose when to start. The walkthrough points to live controls while you complete the real task, and only your own clicks change app data.
Will guides include video?
Yes. A guide can add a real captioned video and transcript when that recording exists. Written steps and live walkthroughs remain available beside it.
Why do some products have no guides yet?
Every customer-facing web workspace now has a public Help section. Guide depth varies by workflow, and local draft videos are labelled separately from released recordings.
Can the same person use Studio and Organizer Suite?
Yes. One Abrazo account can enter both workspaces when that person has access. Studio and Organizer remain separate workspaces today, so choose the workspace that owns each event and organization context.
Can a walkthrough publish or delete something for me?
A walkthrough explains and highlights. It does not mark domain work complete or trigger a destructive action without the person using the real control.
Still stuck?
