Offer private dance lessons as an Artist
Set your lessons and rates, where you teach, how dancers pick a time, your booking rules, and how you get paid, then open bookings.

Private lessons can belong to you, to a shared couple page, or to a Studio you teach for. Confirm who owns the offer and who receives payment before you open bookings.
Choose the right listing scope
Use the Artist scope for your direct offer. Use the shared-page scope for a couple offer. A Studio-managed listing follows the Studio relationship and its approved payment responsibility.
Work through the five setup sections
Privates opens on Setup: Lessons and rates, Where you teach, When you're free, Booking rules, and Getting paid. Each section saves as a draft and shows Complete, Needs attention, or Not started.
Where you teach lists the places you teach privates, such as a studio, your own place, online, or the dancer's place, plus the events you travel to. Review time zones for travel dates.
Choose how dancers pick a time
In When you're free, keep your hours in Abrazo, connect Calendly so Abrazo reads your schedule, or choose Messages first to collect an inquiry and continue in your usual channel.
Publish, then open bookings
Publish changes shows each changed section before and after. Lessons already booked keep the terms they were booked under. Then turn on Open to bookings so dancers can book you from your page and your booking link.

Work through the task

Choose the Artist or shared page that owns the private lesson offer.

Open Privates and set up Lessons and rates: lesson length, your price, and what two dancers or a group pay.

In Where you teach, add the places you teach privates and any events you travel to.

In When you're free and Booking rules, choose how dancers pick a time, then set notice, cancellation, and whether you approve each request.

In Getting paid, choose card through Stripe or Venmo, Zelle, or cash, and when dancers pay.

Select Publish changes, review each section, turn on Open to bookings, and test your booking link from a signed-out window.
Common questions
Can I offer privates while teaching at a Studio?
Yes, when the Studio relationship and private-listing scope allow it. Confirm whether the offer is independent, Studio-managed, or an approved guest inquiry.
How should I handle travel time zones?
Use the time zone shown for the teaching location and review the public times before sharing the booking link.
