Organizer Suite / Events
Get an event ready to publish
Review the saved event setup, resolve the work that needs attention, and reach the real publish controls in Organizer Suite.
Updated
Organizer Suite keeps the event record and its remaining setup work together. Start from the current-work queue, open the event that needs attention, then work through its Event setup panel before deciding whether it's ready for dancers.
The guided walkthrough points to the live controls on your page. You click and complete each task yourself, and the tutorial never publishes the event for you.
Start with current work
Needs attention shows event work that can block or weaken the public page. The Organizer setup summary stays nearby for organization-level work.
Read the Event setup panel
Choosing an event from Needs attention opens it with its Event setup panel. The panel counts the required steps you've finished and says how many items need attention, or that required setup is complete. Review checklist shows every step with its own action.
Fill in each part of the event
Each event has its own workspace with a tab for each part: Overview, Schedule, Lineup, Venue and Tickets for the event page, and Videos and Access for its recordings. The setup actions open the right tab for you.
Your Event Home
Your published events also appear on your Event Home, the public page for all of your events. Open Events, then Edit event home to set it up.
Choose when the page goes live
When the page still needs its branding, the action reads Set branding and publish. Otherwise it reads Review page and publish. Resolve the remaining blockers, check the public page, and publish only when the event is ready.

Common questions
Does the walkthrough publish my event?
No. It explains the route and highlights the live controls. You decide whether and when to publish.
What happens if a highlighted part of the page is missing?
The walkthrough waits briefly, then lets you try again, skip that step, or end the tutorial. Your event data stays unchanged.
Does finishing the tutorial mark setup complete?
No. Readiness comes from the saved event record. Tutorial progress only records which explanation you reached during the current session.
