Organizer Suite / Connections
Connect ticket sales you already run elsewhere
Open Connections, authorize a supported ticketing provider, and keep the provider relationship visible beside your Organizer work.
Updated
Connections is the home for ticketing providers that an organization already uses. It keeps provider setup out of the event editor and gives the team one place to see whether a connection is active or needs attention.
Connect the organization once
Choose the supported provider and follow its authorization or key setup. Return to Connections to confirm the connected state before relying on provider data in an event workflow.
Reconnect when access changes
If the provider reports that access has expired, use Reconnect from the same card. Disconnecting is an organization-level action, so review the consequence before removing it.
Step by step
Work through the task
- 1
Open Connections in Organizer Suite.
- 2
Choose Eventbrite, Ticket Tailor, or another supported provider shown for your organization.
- 3
Complete the provider authorization or saved-key setup.
- 4
Return to Connections and confirm the provider shows as connected.
- 5
Open the related event and review the ticket details before publishing.
Common questions
Who can manage a ticketing connection?
Organization owners and administrators with the required access can manage connections. People without that access will not see the setup controls.
Should I enter the same ticket details again?
Use the connected provider wherever Organizer Suite offers that source. Review the resulting event details before they reach the public page.
