Organizer Suite / Ticketing and access
Run weekender ticket sales and door access
Prepare the ticket offer, test checkout, follow sales, and give the door team a clear attendee-access path.
Updated
A weekender ticket workflow connects the public offer to checkout, payment state, sales reporting, and the attendee record used at the door. Review those stages with one controlled test order before announcing sales.
The local video draft uses a staging fixture. The written guide remains the source for current product behavior until that recording completes review and stable hosting.
Prepare the offer
Confirm the event, ticket name, included access, sales window, quantity, price, fees, refund terms, and public description before opening checkout.
Test the dancer path
Open the public event page in a signed-out window and complete the approved test path. Confirm the purchaser receives the expected result and that the order appears once in Organizer reporting.
Prepare the door team
Give each operator the correct role and access surface. Rehearse search, scan, duplicate, transferred, refunded, and offline fallback cases before doors open.
Step by step

- 3
Run the approved test checkout from the public event page.
- 4
Confirm the order, payment state, and sales totals in Organizer Suite.

Assign door access and rehearse check-in with the event team.
- 6
Keep the attendee search and documented fallback available during the event.
Common questions
Should I connect an external ticket provider instead?
Use Connections when the organizer already sells through a supported provider. Keep the provider relationship visible and verify which ticket and attendee states return to Abrazo.
Does a successful payment prove door access works?
No. Verify that the attendee record reaches the correct event and that an authorized door operator can find or scan it before event day.
