Set up a dance workshop at your studio
Create a workshop video event from Studio, name the teacher and venue, and invite a media person after the workshop is saved.

The Create a workshop path in Abrazo Studio creates a DanceSanctum video event. It is built for the workshop recording and attendee video-access workflow, separate from Studio socials and Organizer weekender operations.
If you need ticket tiers or a larger public event workspace, create that event in Organizer Suite. You can still use the Studio workshop path when the DanceSanctum video event is part of the plan.
Create the workshop video event
Enter the workshop topic, teacher, start and end, named time zone, venue, and optional cover image. Studio sends those details to the workshop's DanceSanctum event record.
Invite the person delivering video
After the workshop is created, Studio shows Invite your media person. Send the invitation to the person who will upload workshop video for organizer review.
Keep ticketing as a separate decision
This workflow does not create ticket tiers or take workshop payments. Use Organizer Suite when the workshop needs the full ticketing and public event setup.

Common questions
Does this create workshop tickets?
No. It creates the DanceSanctum video event. Use Organizer Suite for ticket tiers and the larger public event workflow.
Who can publish the workshop video?
A media contributor can deliver video for review. The organizer keeps the available approval and publication decisions.
What if the teacher is a guest artist offering privates?
Create the teaching context first, then use Guest teaching to send the guest a review invitation. The guest can request a private-lesson inquiry button after accepting.
