Host a social at your dance studio
Create a one-night Studio social with its date, venue, time zone, public details, and a draft you can review before publishing.
Updated
Use the Studio social path for a one-night event run from your studio. It keeps the event with your Studio venues and saves a draft before anything goes public.
Events is a Studio Pro workspace. If the event is a multi-day weekender or needs ticket tiers and broader organizer operations, set it up in Organizer Suite instead.
Choose the Studio social path
Open Events, choose Add event, then select Studio social. Use this path for a social hosted by the studio. Workshops and multi-day organizer events have their own setup paths.
Save the facts dancers need
Add the social name, description, cover image, start time, optional end time, venue, and time zone. Review the details before creating the draft so the public time and place are clear.
Review the draft before publishing
Creating the social adds it to Your events as a draft. Open that event, check the public details, then use the event's publish control when it is ready for dancers.

Common questions
Should I use this for a weekender?
Use Organizer Suite for a multi-day weekender, ticket tiers, lineup, schedule, and broader event operations. The Studio social path is for a one-night event.
Does creating the social publish it?
No. The social is saved as a draft first so you can review it before using the publish control.
Why can I not see Events?
Events requires Studio Pro and the right Studio access. Ask a Studio owner or administrator to check your plan and role.
