Organizer Suite / Integration Kit

Keep an existing event website current

Use the managed Network workspace to review source-backed event facts and publish a specific website revision.

Updated

A managed Network site can reuse event, schedule, lineup, media, and organization facts from their owning Abrazo workflows. The site editor shows which facts are editable there and which ones should be corrected at the source.

Edit the right source

Narrative copy and site presentation can be edited in the site workspace. Source-owned facts show their owner and provide an action back to that workflow.

Publish a reviewed revision

Preview the exact draft, resolve blocking conflicts, then review the named revision before publishing. The previous published revision remains a separate record.

Step by step

Work through the task

  1. 1

Open Network and choose the managed site.

  2. 2

Select the page and section that need work.

  3. 3

Edit site-owned copy or open the owning workflow for a source-backed fact.

  4. 4

Validate and preview the current draft revision.

  5. 5

Review the revision and publish when its visible content is ready.

Common questions

Why is a field locked in the site editor?

The value comes from another Abrazo workflow. Use Open source to update it where it is owned, then return to the site draft.

Why can’t I see Network?

Network appears only for organizations and roles with managed-network access.
