Open the DanceSanctum event workspace to review recordings, access, and media work for the selected event.

Organizer Suite keeps the event’s DanceSanctum work beside its other operating areas. Use that workspace to review the media attached to the event and the access dancers will receive.
Review the event context first
Confirm that you opened the intended event before reviewing recordings, sections, access, or incoming media. The event name stays visible while you move through the workspace.
Keep publication with the organizer
Contributors can deliver media for review. The organizer remains responsible for approval and publication decisions available in the event workspace.

Work through the task

Open DanceSanctum from Organizer Suite.

Choose the event whose media you want to review.

Check the available recordings and sections.

Review access and any incoming media that needs a decision.

Publish only the media that is ready for dancers.
Common questions
Can a media contributor publish an organizer’s event media?
No. Contributors deliver work for review. Organizer access owns the approval and publication controls.
