Set up a performance team Community
Choose the team you direct, confirm its Community, then organize the roster, Practice work, schedule, polls, and announcements in one workspace.

A performance team Community keeps the people, rehearsal work, schedule, files, polls, and updates attached to the team that owns them. Start by choosing a team you already direct or creating the team through the first-use setup.
The same person can direct several teams. Each team keeps a separate Community, so confirm the active team before inviting people or publishing work.
Choose the right team context
Use the team chooser during first-use setup or the Community switcher in the console. The selected team controls the roster, Practice board, schedule, and announcements you see next.
Build the operating rhythm
People owns invitations, active members, lineup facts, roles, and access. Practice owns assigned routines. Team Schedule owns rehearsal dates and attendance work. Announcements and Polls keep decisions with the same team record.
Keep dues separate from team access
A team can use its roster, rehearsal communication, Practice, and required documents without publishing paid dues. Connect the eligible seller and review the offer before asking members to pay.

Work through the task

Sign in to Communities and choose the performance team you direct.

Review the team name, Community visibility, and operating features on Overview.

Open People, invite the roster, and review each person's enrollment, lineup, role, and access separately.

Open Practice and publish the first routine or required team document.

Add rehearsal dates in Team Schedule, then create the poll or announcement the team needs next.

Review the public or member view before sharing the Community link.
Common questions
Can one director manage more than one team?
Yes. Use the Community switcher to change the active team. Each team keeps its own roster, schedule, Practice board, files, and communication.
Do I need to charge dues to use the team Community?
No. The included operating tools can be used without publishing a paid offer. Payment setup is a separate step.
Does the walkthrough invite or message anyone?
No. It points to the live workspaces. You choose the people, content, and send actions yourself.
