The walkthrough points out the real controls. You decide whether to save, send, publish or pay.
Choose the right relationship
Use your solo Artist page to open Partners. Choose a temporary arrangement for agreed dates or an official shared page for an ongoing partnership. Confirm the other artist and the scope before sending an invitation.
Temporary arrangements depend on account availability. An event appearance, a partnership invitation and a private-lesson teaching agreement are separate records.
Agree before offering lessons together
Review who teaches, the active dates and the private-lesson terms. Both artists must complete the required agreement before the shared teaching offer is available.
At an event, check that the published offer matches the actual event, teachers, location and availability. A suggestion from Zo still requires the normal review and approval controls.
Step by step
Work through the task
- 1
Open New and choose the partnership that matches your plan. A temporary teaching arrangement and an official shared page have different purposes. Temporary teaching and private-lesson terms appear only when available to your account. Close the dialog to continue the tour.
- 2
Open a partnership to review who accepted, its dates and whether it appears publicly. A pending invitation is not an active agreement.
- 3
When Teach privates is available, it opens the shared teaching page. Review the actual teachers, availability, pricing and payment terms before publishing. A partnership does not itself create event attendance, a booking or an approved private-lesson offer.
