Review a Studio guest teaching request
Confirm the dates, venue, teaching role, public details, and private-lesson request before accepting a Studio engagement.
Updated
A Studio guest engagement has two sides. The Studio owns the class, workshop, or residency context. The guest Artist reviews the teaching request and chooses which Artist details or private-lesson inquiry should be attached.
Review the teaching facts first
Check the named Studio, dates, time zone, venue, role, and public-page request. Ask for a correction before accepting if those facts do not match the agreement.
Request privates separately
After the engagement is active, the guest can request an inquiry button with a public note and reply route. The Studio reviews that exact placement before it appears.
Step by step
Work through the task
- 1
Open Requests in Artists and choose the Artist page named in the invitation.
- 2
Review the Studio, teaching dates, venue, role, and requested public details.
- 3
Accept the engagement, decline it, or request a specific correction.
- 4
If you want to offer privates, send the separate private-lesson inquiry request after the engagement is active.
- 5
Review the final public Artist and Studio pages after the Studio responds.
Common questions
Does accepting the teaching request publish privates?
No. Private lessons use a separate guest request and Studio review path.
Can I change the Studio's workshop details?
You can review the request and ask for a correction. The Studio remains the authority for its class or event record.
