Offer private lessons at an event

Add an event, open times to teach there and check the terms dancers will see.

Updated

Add an event, open times to teach there and check the terms dancers will see.

The walkthrough points out the real controls. You decide whether to save, send, publish or pay.

Start from the event

Add the event to the places you teach, then open the times you can teach there. Joint offers need an accepted teaching agreement with your partner. Both of you set the shared terms before the offer is available.

Closing a time takes it off the event page. A lesson already booked keeps its recorded terms.

Check what dancers see

Dancers see the offer on the event page and on your lessons page. Open the public page after you save and check the teachers, times, location and price.

When Zo is available to you, it can prepare a teaching partnership or a date change. You review the proposal first, and nothing happens until you approve it. Your partner decides separately.

Step by step

Work through the task

  1. 1

Choose an upcoming event from your list and add it as a place you teach. Events you teach at with an accepted partner can show a joint offer on the event page. Only events on your Artist page appear here. A partnership alone does not add an event.

  2. 2

Add the dates and start and end times you can teach during the event. Close a time to take it off the event page. Times outside the event window cannot be added.

  3. 3

The rate comes from your private-lesson listing, or from the shared page when you teach together. Change it in Privates, not here. Dancers see the event offer on the event page and your lessons page. Check it there after you save.
