Open the Studio’s public page or the room link it shared. Where the booking page offers Rentals, choose View room and times. Room availability and booking mode belong to that Studio.
Step by step
Work through the task

Choose the room and review its location, capacity, hourly price and minimum duration.

Select a date, start time and duration. Check the displayed time zone and request a current quote.

Read the total, availability, cancellation terms and booking mode. An inquiry-only room takes you to a request; an available instant-booking quote can proceed to reservation.

For an instant booking, sign in and reserve the quoted time. If payment is required, continue through the offered payment flow.

Return to the booking and check its current status. A quote, a held time, pending payment and a confirmed reservation are separate states.
Common questions
Why can I only send a request?
The Studio controls whether this room accepts instant bookings. A request does not confirm or reserve the room.
The payment page closed. Should I start over?
Return to the existing booking and refresh its status first. Use the recovery or payment action shown there instead of creating another reservation.
