Give attendees video access and upload recordings
Upload recordings into your event's video archive, choose who can watch each video, and see who has access, all from Organizer Suite.
Updated
DanceSanctum keeps event and workshop recordings with the people who should watch them. In Organizer Suite, each DanceSanctum event has Videos for the archive, Access for who can watch, and Reviews for uploads waiting on you.
Every video you keep counts toward your plan and event packs, drafts and uploads in progress included. Practice clips don't.
Upload into the right folder
Open the event and go to Videos. Upload videos asks for a folder first, so each recording lands with its class or section. New uploads show as Processing until they're ready to play.
Choose who can watch each video
Each video shows its access: Free, Pass, Attendees only, or Private. Use Set price to make a video free, include it with the pass, or charge for it on its own.
See who has access
Access lists everyone who can watch and how they got in: they bought a pass, claimed an invite link, or you granted access. An invite link gives a group access without collecting emails, and you can revoke it when you're done.
Review uploads from dancers and your media team
Reviews holds uploads waiting for your decision. Approve them into the archive, or reject one with a reason the contributor can read.

In Organizer Suite, open Events and choose the event that owns the recordings.

Open Videos, select Upload videos, choose a folder, and add your recordings.

Check each video's access, and use Set price to make it free, include it with the pass, or charge for it.

Open Access to see who can watch, create an invite link for a group, or grant access to one person.

Open Reviews to approve or reject uploads from dancers and your media team.

Test the attendee path with the intended access method before you announce the videos.
Common questions
Does uploading a recording make it public?
No. Each video follows the access shown in Videos, and Private videos stay with your team.
Can someone share a video link with a friend?
Sharing the link doesn't share access. A video plays only for someone who has access to it.
What should an attendee do if access is missing?
Ask them to sign in with the account they used for their pass or invite link. If they still can't watch, check Access for how they got in, and grant access if they should have it.
What happens when I reach my video limit?
Your DanceSanctum events page shows how many videos you've used. Add videos with a plan or an event pack to keep room for new uploads.
