Keep access to both inboxes
Start from Security in My Abrazo. Keep your current email available while completing any required approval, and confirm the new address from its inbox.
Passkeys, two-step verification and the age of your sign-in affect the proof requested. Follow the screen’s instructions; do not share a code or approval link with someone else.
Check the saved result
Return to Security after confirmation and check the email on the account. A sent confirmation message is not a completed email change.
If a notice describes a change you did not request, follow its account-security instructions promptly.

Work through the task

Review the email shown here, then choose Change email when you are ready. Make sure you can receive messages at the new address.

Enter the new address and send the confirmation. You may need a passkey, two-step code, a fresh sign-in or approval from your current email.

Follow the email instructions, then return to Security and check the saved address. If you did not request a change, use the security instructions in the notification. A pending message does not mean the account email has changed.
